This scientific meeting will focus on two themes:
- Advances in reducing the food production environmental impacts while providing a sustainable and secure food supply for a growing population. Specific topics: Genetic and biotechnology for sustainable agriculture; Forestry and ecosystem services; Sustainable food systems for a recycling or minimal use of energy and water in production and processing; Landscape analysis, green infrastructure, urban and rural development; and Sustainable agriculture: innovative/participatory scientific and learning approaches
- Opportunities for collaboration in research and Graduate studies.

Friday 23th November
Venue: Faculty of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences, PUC (Campus San Joaquin). Main Auditorium.
